The last three decades of working in both the biopharma industry and the wellness space have taught me how powerful an integrative approach can be in extending our healthspan.

One of the areas I am especially passionate about is tackling chronic stress which can significantly impact health, productivity, engagement, and overall well-being. I am committed to helping busy individuals break free from stress, overwhelm, and fatigue so they can achieve their goals without sacrificing their well-being.
