My approach to health & well-being is evidenced-based and holistic. Using the Wellness 360 assessment methodology, we will look at 10 different areas and identify the root of your wellness needs. We address interconnected issues like sleep, stress, and nutrition rather than isolated symptoms. This informs a tailored plan - one specific to you - with actionable strategies and steps. You will receive practical tools and resources to support you along the way.
