Feel energetic, vibrant, and grounded
I help those struggling with fatigue, overwhelm, and stress to reclaim their energy, focus, and balance through yoga, breathwork, and health coaching.
For me, the efficacy of the old style ashtanga method has been life changing and transformational
Is your yoga practice helping your nervous system or adding stress to your body?
Yoga should support your nervous system, not add more stress to your body. Yet, many people approach it as physical fitness: chasing flexibility, performing poses, or pushing harder. I get it because I’ve been there. That was a part of my journey too.
When the focus shifts from performance to process, everything changes. Breath becomes the anchor. Attention becomes the practice. Strength is built from steadiness, not force.
My practice is rooted in the old style Ashtanga method, founded on knowledge and learnings from a rich lineage. It’s an energetic breath-focused and self-directed. The self-practice is where yoga becomes transformational. It builds confidence and consistency, and over time becomes part of how you live.
Most important, it's about prioritizing the method.
Because how you practice matters.
Practicing in this way, my body has never felt stronger or better. I feel energetic, vibrant, and grounded.

Hi, I’m Tanya
A yoga teacher and health coach, my expertise is based on being a wellness advocate at heart with the experience of a biopharma marketing leader. My efforts have centered around one theme: my passion for health and wellness. My background blends science, strategy, and purpose.
Over twenty years ago, I lost both my parents to cancer within a short period, a heart-wrenching experience that taught me the invaluable lesson of cherishing every moment. This also ignited a spark in me to enhance my healthspan. Just like you, I juggle a career, marriage, motherhood, and more. It’s possible to navigate life and cultivate our well-being at the same time.
And as a woman in midlife, I get how this can feel especially challenging as we face the menopausal transition. Health and ageing don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
I’m committed to guiding others gain agency over their wellness.
