A certified health & wellness coach and yoga teacher, my background and expertise is based on 30 years of experience in both the biopharma health industry and the wellness field.
Over twenty years ago, I lost both my parents to cancer within a short period, a heart-wrenching experience that taught me the invaluable lesson of cherishing every moment. This also ignited a spark in me to enhance my healthspan. With the strategies I have developed, I know we can juggle life and cultivate our well-being.
Through my own personal experience, working with clients, and my unrelenting passion for learning & researching evidenced-based wellness approaches - I’m committed to guiding women (like me) to be healthy, energetic, and vibrant.
